    July to August: 09:00 to 18:00
    Last re-boarding is an hour before closing time.
    This tour operates daily.

    Departure times vary for each Trolley stop location.
    Tour duration is approximately two (2) hours.
    Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Restrictions

  • This activity is wheelchair accessible.
  • Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals allowed to board the trolleys.
  • Children of all ages can participate in this activity.

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • Gratuity is not included in the price.
  • The tour takes approximately two hours if you do not get off the trolley.
  • If you are in a hurry, it is recommended that you do not join the last full tour that departs from Old Town.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstance.
  • The voucher is valid for use all day from 9:00, with the last re-boarding at 16:00 (winter) or 17:00 (summer).

Requirement(s) - other

  • You must have a printed copy of your VELTRA voucher to present upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
  • Please call the activity provider 24 hours before your activity if you would like to request for a "common wheelchair". A “common wheelchair” does not exceed 30 inches in width and 48 inches in length measured two inches above the ground and does not weigh more than 600 pounds when occupied. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
  • VELTRA vouchers can be exchanged outside the scheduled date, but within the same month. If you are going to redeem your pass outside the month of scheduled date, be sure to change the participation date and time from My Page. Print and bring your latest voucher to any designated booth locations or bus stops.
